Trng with the new coach May-ann today. I can't say how good a coach she is,not just yet anyways but what I can say is that she's given us back the confidence we lost when Nick left. Without any guidance the five of us are like pathetic lost sheeps circling round a case thats going nowhere.Finally today's session piut things back on track.
